CBD Oil is the original and most popular method for consuming CBD. CBD Oils are available in a wide variety of flavours and sizes of bottle, and there are three different types of CBD Oil you can choose from depending on your needs, these are:

 Full Spectrum CBD Oil

Broad Spectrum

CBD Isolate Oil

Full spectrum CBD Oil is considered the most effective CBD Oil when it comes to all round performance and can be taken as a daily food supplement to boost your endo-cannabinoid system. The term 'Full spectrum' refers to the fact the the Oil contains not just CBD, but in fact it contains CBD plus the entire spectrum of other vital cannabinoids extracted from the Cannabis plant such as CBG even trace amount of THC within the UK legal limit.

Broad spectrum refers to CBD oil that has been formulated using a similar Cannabis extract to that of a full spectrum oil, however it may not contain the 'full spectrum' of cannabinoids and instead may only contain a handful of them, in a broad spectrum oil, the most common cannabinoids found are CBG and CBD, with other Cannabinoids only registering trace amounts if any, and THC is usually not detectable in broad spectrum products making these types of oil a great middle ground for those who would like to boost their endo cannabinoid system with more than just CBD, but also may be sensitive to THC.

CBD Isolate Oil, as the name may suggest, is formulated using CBD which has been extracted and totally isolated from all other chemicals and cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant, these extracts are typically a fine white powder made up of as much as 99.9% pure CBD. Initially people considered CBD Isolate based Oils a superior product due to such high purity extracts used in production, but it was only a matter of weeks before scientists (and consumers) noticed that CBD is not as effective at helping with many conditions unless it is accompanied by other vital Cannabinoids, hence why full spectrum and broad spectrum CBD Oils are preferred by many. 

The benefit to CBD Isolate is that it can still be effective at some pain treatment and is generally a lower price per Mg then full spectrum or broad spectrum CBD, however for some pain management and certain conditions that you may wish you take CBD Oil for, it is likely that you will be better of taking a full spectrum CBD Oil or a Broad Spectrum CBD Oil.
